How Does Our TEFL Course Guarantee Work?
For all online courses, simply call our customer services number and talk over your problems. If they cannot be resolved to your complete satisfaction, you’ll get a refund within 10 days.
For all classroom courses, speak to your tutor on the first day. Again, if your problem cannot be resolved your tutor will pass your details back to our team to initiate the refund. And again, expect that to take about 10 days.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
