Our People

Our people make us what we are. They answer the phone when you call. They organise our TEFL courses across France. They support you through your TEFL course, and they’ll put your TEFL certificate in the post once you’ve completed your course. And quite a few of us have been out there and taught English as a foreign language!

Our TEFL Support Team

Our TEFL support team are supportive, which is pretty much what you’d want from a support team really. Once you’ve signed onto your course or applied for a TEFL job abroad they’ll be there to answer any questions you have and iron out any problems.

Who’s Who in the Support Team?

Elaine Kirton – Manages customer support, she used to look after Gordon (our boss) but he has to look after himself now

Jill Drysdale – Jill works in customer service (no one realizes, but she’s actually in charge)

Our TEFL Advisors

Our TEFL advisors are the people you’ll speak to when you call to ask about a course or a TEFL job. Some people would call them salespeople, but they’re not pushy like those telesales types that always seem to call while you’re having your dinner. They’re more likely to give you advice about TEFL, so we call them TEFL advisors.

Who are our TEFL Advisors?

James Langton – He’s the boss and has a dog called Buster

Rachel Carney – Travelled around India on a train with her friend Jenny

Rebecca Draper – Rebecca speaks very quietly and dresses beautifully

Dave Renaud – He’s the team leader and has a personalised number plate, but don’t hold that against him

Sarah Harrison – With the tidiest desk in the office and a spot of OCD, Sarah’s been nicknamed ‘Monica’

Laura Hunt – Is a scouser and can often be heard crying when Everton lose
