Our people are what make us what we are. They answer the phones. They look after the website. They teach our TEFL courses. They make sure we’re all happy doing our jobs. They buy the raisin and cinnamon bagels for the kitchen. And Kath – our lovely cleaner – makes sure we don’t leave sweetie wrappers and coffee cups all over the place.
Our TEFL Support Team
Our TEFL customer support team are supportive, which is pretty much what you’d want from a support team really. Once you’ve signed onto your course or applied for a TEFL job abroad they’ll be there to answer any questions you have and iron out any problems. And they’ll stick your certificates and stuff in the post too.

Our TEFL Advisors
Our TEFL advisors are the people you’ll speak to when you call to ask about a course or a TEFL job. Some people would call them salespeople, but they’re not pushy like those telesales types that always seem to call while you’re having your dinner. They’re more likely to give you advice about TEFL, so we call them TEFL advisors. Makes sense to us.

Rebecca Draper – Our absolute fountain of TEFL knowledge – she’s even the face of our Free TEFL Consultations! Have you spotted her on the site yet?
Sarah Harrison – Has the tidiest desk in the office – fondly nicknamed ‘Monica’ by the team. Lots of TEFL experience to help you start your journey
Emma Duffy – Former cabin crew and jetsetter extraordinaire, Emma has loads of TEFL advice ready for you and loves helping YOU get out there and see the world!
Laura Hunt – Over six years TEFL experience helping our customers – the fun, buzzing member of the team
